Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail's NEXT DAY DELIVERY service, so your order may arrive the day after shipment. However, due to order volume, delivery may not occur the day after placing your order. We aim to ship within 1-5 business days.

Once you place your order, it will take 1-5 days for us to prepare it before shipment. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's NEXT DAY DELIVERY service.

Ensure someone is home to collect your parcel. If delivery is missed, you may retrieve it from a safe place or a neighbour's house. If not, your parcel will be returned to Royal Mail, and you will need to reschedule delivery or collect it yourself. WE HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSED PARCELS.

Our products must remain chilled. We provide top-quality packaging to keep your product cool. Once delivered, allow it to settle in the fridge or freezer for a few hours before consumption.
